Yoga Basics is an all level class with an emphasis on teaching alignment, breath work and safe transitions between poses during yoga flow.

Never the same class twice, but you can always expect great music, a great stretch, a great sweat, and a more relaxed nervous system.☀️
Yoga Strong may include:
*Deep Core Work (pelvic floor and myofacial release)
*BUTI yoga (tribal and dance yoga) and
*Power yoga (flows to increase balance and strength)
Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch is a combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Classes will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open all the major muscle groups. This type of yoga contributes to spinal health, improved posture and overall well-being and is accessible to all levels of experience.
Yoga Tone
Yoga tone is a two-hour fun class that’s intention is to increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility. A two-hour session allows for a more immersive experience and gives you ample time to focus on different yoga poses and techniques.
